KEY FINDINGSWhen corporations were asked which system they used
for legal electronic invoicing, more chose Serengeti than any other system. Likewise, Serengeti was cited by law
firms as among the most commonly used at their firm. In fact,
Serengeti provides all of the most requested features/attributes
cited by law firms in the survey (ability to track invoice
status, easy to use and intuitive, and transparency on the
invoice processing). Serengeti also avoids all of the top
drawbacks/concerns cited by firms in the survey (being charged
to use the system, requiring special formatting of invoices,
requiring timekeeper rates to be entered into the system).
